These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AI Shortlist website (the "Site"), available at ai-shortlist.com. The Site provides a directory of AI tools, organized by category, with tool listings, user reviews, and a newsletter.
By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Certain features, such as posting reviews, require creating a user account.
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend access, in particular for maintenance, without any liability arising from such suspension.
Creating an account is required to leave a review or rating on a listed tool. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up to date information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported without delay via the Contact page.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms, in particular in the event of fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful reviews.

By posting a review, you grant AI Shortlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content on the Site as part of its normal operation (rating aggregation, featuring, translation, etc.).
The operator reserves the right to moderate, reject, or remove any review that does not comply with these rules, without prior justification.
Anyone may submit an AI tool for listing via the Submit a tool page. Submitting a tool does not guarantee its inclusion: each submission is reviewed according to the selection criteria described on the About page.
The operator reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove a tool from the Site at any time, without obligation to justify the decision.
Some links on tool listings are affiliate links: AI Shortlist may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you.
The Site may also offer featured placements (the "Featured" badge), which may be subject to a commercial agreement with the tool's operator. These placements are clearly identified as such and do not affect the objectivity of user reviews.
All elements of the Site (text, structure, layout, logo, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the operator, unless otherwise stated.
Logos, names, and visuals of listed tools belong to their respective owners and are used for illustrative and identification purposes, as part of the Site's informational presentation.
Any reproduction, representation, or use of the Site's content, beyond personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without prior authorization.
The Site contains links to the websites of listed tools. These third party sites are not under the operator's control, and the operator carries out no verification of their content, privacy policy, or terms of use. Accessing these sites is entirely at your own risk.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive periodic communications from AI Shortlist by email. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email. The processing of your data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Information published on tool listings (pricing, features, availability) is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice on the part of the relevant tool providers. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep this information up to date but does not guarantee its accuracy at all times.
AI Shortlist shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or of the tools listed on it, nor for the quality or content of reviews posted by users.
The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the Site or applicable regulations. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
